त्वत्तो जनाः पूर्वतरे द्विजाच्श्र शुभानि कर्माणि बहूनि चक्रुः।
जित्वा सदेमं च परं च लोकं तस्माव्दिजा स्वस्ति हुतं कृतं च।।2.109.35।।
tvattō janāḥ pūrvatārē varāś ca śubhāni karmāṇi bahūni cakruḥ |
jitvā sadēmaṃ ca paraṃ ca lokaṃ tasmād dvijāḥ svasti hutaṃ kṛtaṃ ca || 2.109.35 ||
তোমাতকৈও পূৰ্বতৰ যুগৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ লোকসকলে, হে দ্বিজশ্ৰেষ্ঠ, বহু শুভ কৰ্ম সম্পাদন কৰিছিল; তাৰ ফলত ইহলোক আৰু পৰলোক—দুয়োকে জয় কৰিছিল। সেয়ে দ্বিজসকলে সৰ্বজনৰ মঙ্গলাৰ্থে স্বস্তিবচনসহ হৱি অৰ্পণ কৰি বিধি-ক্ৰিয়া সম্পন্ন কৰে।
