Transliteration

kūṭatulyāḥ smṛtā nitye sāmānye'tha viśeṣake | rudrāḥ kūṭagaṇāḥ proktā na pātre niyamo mataḥ || 24 ||

Translation

নিত্য কৰ্মত আৰু সাধাৰণ তথা বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠানত এইবোৰ ‘কূট’সম বুলি স্মৃত। ৰুদ্ৰসকলক ‘কূট-গণ’ বুলি কোৱা হৈছে; আৰু ইয়াত পাত্ৰ (গ্ৰাহী) বিষয়ে স্থিৰ নিয়ম নাই—এমন মত॥২৪॥
