Adhyaya 30 — Madālasā’s Instruction on Household Duties and Naimittika–Śrāddha Rites
क्रियां श्राद्धाश्रयामन्यां नित्यनैमित्तिकीं शृणु ।
दर्शस्तत्र निमित्तं वै कालश्चन्द्रक्षयात्मकः ।
नित्यतां नियतः कालस्तस्याः संसूचयत्यथ ॥
kriyāṃ śrāddhāśrayām anyāṃ nityanaimittikīṃ śṛṇu | darśas tatra nimittaṃ vai kālaś candrakṣayātmakaḥ | nityatāṃ niyataḥ kālas tasyāḥ saṃsūcayaty atha ||
এতিয়া শ্ৰাদ্ধ-সম্পৰ্কিত আন এটা বিধি শুনা, যি নিত্যও আৰু নৈমিত্তিকও। তাত ‘দৰ্শ’ (অমাৱস্যা)য়েই নিমিত্ত; তাৰ কাল চন্দ্ৰক্ষয়/চন্দ্ৰান্তেৰে লক্ষিত। আৰু সেই নিৰ্দিষ্ট, নিয়মিত সময়েই তাৰ নিয়মিত পুনৰাবৃত্তিক সূচায়।
