इति श्रीकूर्मपुराणे षट्साहस्त्र्यां संहितायां पूर्वविभागे द्वादशो ऽध्यायः सूत उवाच प्रियव्रतोत्तानपादौ मनोः स्वायंभुवस्य तु / धर्मज्ञौ सुमहावीर्यौ शतरूपा व्यजीजनत्
iti śrīkūrmapurāṇe ṣaṭsāhastryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ pūrvavibhāge dvādaśo 'dhyāyaḥ sūta uvāca priyavratottānapādau manoḥ svāyaṃbhuvasya tu / dharmajñau sumahāvīryau śatarūpā vyajījanat
এইদৰে শ্ৰীকূৰ্মপুৰাণৰ ষট্সাহস্ৰী সংহিতাৰ পূৰ্ববিভাগত দ্বাদশ অধ্যায় সমাপ্ত হ’ল। সূতে ক’লে—স্বায়ম্ভুৱ মনুৰ পৰা শতৰূপাই প্ৰিয়ব্ৰত আৰু উত্তানপাদক জন্ম দিলে; দুয়ো ধৰ্মজ্ঞ আৰু মহাবীৰ্যবান আছিল।
