Sukta 3
यदग्ने अद्य मिथुना शपातो यद् वाचस्तृष्टं जनयन्त रेभाः । मन्योर्मनसः शरव्या३जायते या तया विध्य हृदये यातुधानान्
yád agne adyá mithunā́ śápāto yád vā́cas tṛṣṭáṃ janáyanta rebhā́ḥ | manyór mánasaḥ śarávyā̀ jā́yate yā́ táyā vidhya hṛ́daye yātudhā́nān ||
What, O Agni, even to-day, from mutual cursing, and what sharpened weapon of speech the clamorous utterers beget—an arrow that is born of wrath and mind—therewith do thou pierce the Yātudhānas in the heart.
হে অগ্নি, আজি যদি পাৰস্পৰিক শাপ-শপথৰ পৰা, আৰু ৰেভা (কোলাহলীয়া উচ্চাৰক) সকলে বাক্ৰ তীক্ষ্ণ অস্ত্ৰ গঢ়ে—ক্ৰোধ আৰু মনৰ পৰা জন্মা যি শৰব্যা (বাণ)—সেই বাণেৰে যাতুধানসকলক হৃদয়ত বিদ্ধ কৰ।
