त्राता इन्द्रः। त्रातारमिन्द्रमवितारमिन्द्रं हवेहवे सुहवं शूरमिन्द्रम्। हुवे नु शक्रं पुरुहूतमिन्द्रं स्वस्ति न इन्द्रो मघवान् कृणोतु
trātā́ram índram avitā́ram índraṃ háve-have suhávaṃ śū́ram índram | huvè nú śákraṃ puruhūtám índraṃ svastí na índro maghávān kṛṇotu ||
Indra the Protector, Indra the Helper—him, the easy-to-invoke heroic one, I call at every call. Now I invoke Śakra, Indra much-invoked: may Indra the bounteous establish welfare for us.
ইন্দ্ৰ ত্ৰাতা। ত্ৰাতা ইন্দ্ৰক, অৱিতা ইন্দ্ৰক—সহজে আহ্বানযোগ্য, শূৰ ইন্দ্ৰক মই প্ৰতি আহ্বানতে আহ্বান কৰোঁ। এতিয়া মই শক্ৰক, পুৰুহূত (বহুবাৰ আহ্বানিত) ইন্দ্ৰক আহ্বান কৰোঁ; মঘৱান ইন্দ্ৰে আমাৰ বাবে স্বস্তি (কল্যাণ) স্থাপন কৰক।
