Sukta 140
उपहूतौ सयुजौ स्योनौ दन्तौ सुमङ्गलौ । अन्यत्र वां घोरं तन्वः१ परैतु दन्तौ मा हिंसिष्टं पितरं मातरं च
upáhūtau sayújau syónau dántau sumáṅgalau | anyátra vā́ṃ ghóram tanvàḥ párāitu dantau mā́ hiṃsiṣṭaṃ pitáraṃ mātáraṃ ca ||
Invoked and brought anear, united, kindly, auspicious, O ye two Teeth: elsewhere let your dreadful thing of the body depart. O ye two Teeth, harm not the father, harm not the mother also.
আহ্বান কৰি ওচৰলৈ অনা, একেলগে যুক্ত, স্নেহময়, মঙ্গলময়—হে দুটা দাঁত। তোমালোকৰ দেহৰ ভয়ংকৰ বস্তুটো অন্য ঠাইলৈ গুচি যাওক। হে দুটা দাঁত, পিতাক আঘাত নকৰিবা, মাতাকো আঘাত নকৰিবা।
