Sukta 10
शं नः सोमो भवतु ब्रह्म शं नः शं नो ग्रावाणः शमु सन्तु यज्ञाः । शं नः स्वरूणा मितयो भवन्तु शं नः प्रस्वः१ शम्वस्तु वेदिः
śáṃ naḥ sómo bhavatu bráhma śáṃ naḥ | śáṃ no grā́vāṇaḥ śám u santu yajñā́ḥ | śáṃ naḥ svarū́ṇā mitáyo bhavantu | śáṃ naḥ prasváḥ śám vastu védíḥ ||
Weal be to us: may Soma be for our good; weal be to us from the sacred prayer. Weal be to us: weal, indeed, may the pressing-stones be; and may the sacrifices be weal. Weal be to us: may the fair-formed measures be; weal be to us: weal be increase, weal the dwelling, weal the altar.
আমালৈ শম হওক—সোমো কল্যাণকাৰী হওক; আমালৈ শম হওক—ব্ৰহ্ম (পবিত্ৰ মন্ত্র/প্ৰাৰ্থনা)ৰ পৰা। আমালৈ শম হওক—গ্ৰাৱাণ (সোম-পেষণ শিলা)সমূহ শম হওক; আৰু যজ্ঞসমূহো শম হওক। আমালৈ শম হওক—সু-ৰূপা মিতয়ঃ (সু-গঠিত মাপ/নিয়ম)সমূহ হওক; আমালৈ শম হওক—প্ৰস্বঃ (বৃদ্ধি/প্ৰসৱ) শম হওক; বাসস্থান শম হওক; বেদী শম হওক।
