FAQs

It provides Vāstu/fortification technical vocabulary—precise terms (and synonyms) for roads, gateways, lanes, embankments, ramparts, and boundary walls used in planning settlements and defensive enclosures.

Rather than narrative theology, it catalogs specialized Sanskrit technical terms (a glossary-like passage) for civil engineering and fortification—showing the text’s compendium style across governance, architecture, and practical sciences.

By systematizing correct designations for protective structures (walls, ramparts, boundaries), the verse supports dharmic settlement-building—orderly, protected habitation is treated as a meritorious, socially sustaining act aligned with dharma.
