Transliteration

anuyāne 'samarthānyā nitambabharamantharā yā gantavye drutaṃ yāti nimnapādāgrasaṃsthitiḥ

Translation

وإن لم تكن صالحةً لمسيرٍ طويل، فخطوُها يبطؤ بثقل وركيها؛ لكنها إذا وجب بلوغ المقصد أسرعت—تضع مقدَّم القدم منخفضًا عند الخطو.
