करणधारणप्रवध्यं उदाहरणम् अपराजितम् अजारामर । सम्पूज्य स्नापयात्मानम् अनेन मन्त्रेण ॐ नमो वासुदेवाय ॥ एवं तु स्थापनं कृत्वा शिलायां मम सुन्दरि ॥ ततोऽधिवासनं कार्यं पूर्वप्रोष्ठपदासु च

karaṇadhāraṇapravadhyaṃ udāharaṇam aparājitam ajārāmara | sampūjya snāpayātmānam anena mantreṇa oṃ namo vāsudevāya || evaṃ tu sthāpanaṃ kṛtvā śilāyāṃ mama sundari || tato 'dhivāsanaṃ kāryaṃ pūrvaproṣṭhapadāsu ca

بعد أداء العبادة على الوجه اللائق، ينبغي للمرء أن يغتسل بنفسه بهذا المانترا: «أوم، نمُو فاسوديفايا». وهكذا، بعد إتمام تثبيتي على حجر، أيتها الحسناء، يُجرى بعد ذلك طقس الأدهيفاسانا (adhivāsana)، وكذلك في أيام بُورفابروشتهابَدا (Pūrvaproṣṭhapadā).
