The Glory of Varāha’s Rite: Merits of Cow-dung Plastering, Sweeping, Singing, Instrumental Music, and Dance

with a Truth-Vow Exemplum

गोमयस्य तु वक्ष्यामि तच्छृणुष्व वसुन्धरे॥ गोमयन्तु समासाद्य यावल्लोकोऽनुगच्छति॥

gomayasya tu vakṣyāmi tac chṛṇuṣva vasundhare || gomayantu samāsādya yāval loko 'nugacchati ||

والآن سأذكر شأن روث البقر؛ فاسمعي يا فاسوندھرا. من نال روث البقر فإن ثوابه يلازمه ما دام العالم قائماً.
