उदकं च करे दत्त्वा वाचयेच्छुद्धया गिरा ॥ ससमुद्रवना तेन सशैलवनकानना
udakaṃ ca kare dattvā vācayec chuddhayā girā || sasamudravanā tena saśailavanakānanā
بعد أن يضع الماء في الكفّ، فليُتْلِ (الصيغة) بصوتٍ مُطهَّر؛ وبهذا الفعل تُعَدّ الأرض—مع البحار والغابات، ومع الجبال والأحراج والبساتين—مشمولةً فيه.
