من يحفظ البراهماتشاريا (العفّة الروحية) ويسهر في الليل يُعتَق عتقًا تامًّا من الآثام. وبالثبات في الهومة (قربان النار) والجَپا (الترديد) والسَّمادهي، وكذلك بالرقص والإنشاد وعزف الآلات المقدَّم تعبّدًا، ينال ثمرة التطهير.
