tataḥ prasanno deveśi nijagaṃgājalena tu | pūrayāmāsa taṃ riktaṃ samudraṃ yādasāṃpatim

ثمَّ، يا سيِّدةَ الربِّ، وقد سُرَّ، ملأَ ذلك البحرَ الذي خلا—سيِّدَ الكائناتِ المائيّة—بماءِ غَنْغا الخاصِّ به.
