ahaṃ tatraiva tiṣṭhāmi liṃgārādhanatatparaḥ | na muṃcāmi mahākṣetraṃ satyaṃsatyaṃ varānane
Śiva
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī (addressed as varānane, deveśi)
Scene: A single exalted devotee (speaker) seated near the liṅga in Prabhāsa, hands in añjali, declaring a vow before a goddess addressed as 'varānane'; the shrine glows with steady lamps, suggesting permanence and truth.
A kṣetra becomes supremely sacred where the Lord’s presence is affirmed; unwavering worship is the heart of dharma.
Prabhāsa Kṣetra, described as the mahākṣetra that Śiva himself does not abandon.
Liṅgārādhana—dedicated worship of Śiva’s Liṅga as a central practice in the kṣetra.
