Transliteration

anekayātanāsaṃsthāḥ pretalokeṣu ye gatāḥ | teṣāmuddharaṇārthāya imaṃ piṃḍaṃ dadāmyaham

Translation

لِمَن مضَوا إلى عوالم البريتا (عالم الأرواح الهائمة) واستقرّوا في عذاباتٍ شتّى—لأجل خلاصهم أقدّم هذا القربان من البيṇḍa.
