मन्वन्तरप्रमाणं च ब्रह्मांडस्य च विस्तरः । ज्योतिश्चक्रस्वरूपं च यथावदनुवर्णितम् । श्रोतुमिच्छामहे त्वत्तः सांप्रतं तीर्थविस्तरम्
manvantarapramāṇaṃ ca brahmāṃḍasya ca vistaraḥ | jyotiścakrasvarūpaṃ ca yathāvadanuvarṇitam | śrotumicchāmahe tvattaḥ sāṃprataṃ tīrthavistaram
لقد وصفتَ على الوجه اللائق مقادير المَنونتَرات، واتساع البراهماṇḍa (البيضة الكونية)، وحقيقة عجلة الأنوار السماوية. والآن نرغب أن نسمع منك البيان المفصّل عن التيـرثات (المعابر المقدّسة).
