أمّا البراهمتشاري (طالب العفّة)، ومن كان مشتغلاً باليَجْنَة (yajña)، والياتي (الزاهد)، والصانع أثناء عمله، ومن كان في حال الديكشا (dīkṣā)—وكذلك في اليَجْنَة، والزواج، وجلسة القربان (satra)—فلا تُطبَّق نجاسة السوتَكا (sūtaka) قطّ.
