वषट्कारश्च होमश्च पर्व चाग्रायणं तथा । मलमासेऽपि कर्तव्यं काम्या इष्टीर्विवर्जयेत्
vaṣaṭkāraśca homaśca parva cāgrāyaṇaṃ tathā | malamāse'pi kartavyaṃ kāmyā iṣṭīrvivarjayet
ينبغي أداء نداءات «فَشَت» (Vaṣaṭ) وطقس الهُوما (homa) وشعائر الأعياد (parvan) وقربان الحَبّ الأوّل (āgrāyaṇa) حتى في شهر «مالاماسا» (malamāsa) المُعَدّ غير طاهر؛ غير أنّ قرابين «إشْتي» (iṣṭi) التي تُقام بدافع الشهوة وطلب المكاسب الدنيوية ينبغي اجتنابها.
