śabdavidyeva vistīrṇā mataiva jagataḥ priyā | satāṃ matiriva svacchā ramaṇīyā sarasvatī

ساراسڤَتي فسيحةٌ كعلمِ الصوت؛ محبوبةٌ للعالم كالفهمِ السديد؛ صافيةٌ كعقلِ الصالحين المُميِّز—حقّاً إن ساراسڤَتي بهيّةٌ مُبهِجة.
