nāvijñātaṃ pradātavyaṃ na mlānaṃ na ca dūṣitam | na ca paryyuṣitaṃ mālyaṃ dātavyaṃ bhūtimicchatā

مَن يبتغي الازدهار لا يقدّم ما هو مجهول، ولا ما هو ذابل أو مُدنَّس؛ ولا يقدّم كذلك أكاليلَ زهرٍ باتت قديمةً ومُبيّتة.
