Transliteration

saśarīro mahādevi yamādeśaparāyaṇaiḥ | sa citraguptanāmā'bhūdviśvacāritralekhakaḥ

Translation

يا أيتها الإلهة العظمى، لقد سيق بجسده على يد المخلصين لأمر يَما، فصار يُعرَف باسم «تشيتراگوبتا»، كاتبُ السجلّ الذي يدوّن سيرة أعمال العالم كلّه.
