प्रातरुत्थाय वै नित्यं शक्तिमाञ्छुचिमान्नरः । यः पठेच्छृणुयाद्वापि सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते
prātarutthāya vai nityaṃ śaktimāñchucimānnaraḥ | yaḥ paṭhecchṛṇuyādvāpi sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate
من ينهض عند الفجر كلَّ يوم، قويّاً طاهراً، ثم يتلو هذا الثناء أو حتى يستمع إليه، يتحرّر من جميع الآثام.
