शूद्रान्नेन द्विजो यस्तु अग्निहोत्रं जुहोति च । चण्डालो जायते प्रेत्य शूद्राच्चैवेह दैवतः
śūdrānnena dvijo yastu agnihotraṃ juhoti ca | caṇḍālo jāyate pretya śūdrāccaiveha daivataḥ
وكذلك الدِّوِجَة (المولودُ مرّتَين) الذي يقدّم الأَغْنِيهوترا مستعمِلًا طعامَ الشودرَة—بعد الموت يُولَد تشاندالا؛ وفي هذا العالم أيضًا تصير «إلهيّتُه» الطقسية شودرَة، أي تُحَطُّ منزلتُها.
