yaścānena mahādevi dve saṃdhye'stamanodaye | stautyarkaṃ prayato bhūtvā sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate | sarvakāmasamṛddhātmā sūryalokaṃ sa gacchati
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī
Scene: At dawn and dusk on the Prabhāsa shore, a disciplined devotee offers arghya to the sun with folded hands, reciting the 21-name hymn; the sky transitions from saffron to deep indigo; a subtle path of light leads upward symbolizing Sūrya-loka.
Regular worship at liminal times (sandhyā) purifies karma and aligns daily life with sacred order.
Prabhāsakṣetra, where disciplined Sūrya praise is taught as a direct path to purification and higher worlds.
Praise the Sun with this hymn at both sandhyās—sunrise and sunset—while maintaining purity and self-restraint.
