على الملك أن يُسيِّر موكبًا يطوف بالمدينة كلّها، مصحوبًا بأنواع الآلات الموسيقية؛ ثم بعد أن يطوف بها، يُعيد تنظيم المدينة كلّها ويُثبِّتها على وجهها اللائق.
