पिता यः सर्वदेवानां भूतानां च पितामहः । यस्मादेष स तैः पूज्यो ब्राह्मणैः क्षेत्रवासिभिः

هو أبو جميعِ الآلهة، وجدُّ الكائناتِ كلِّها (بيتامها)؛ فلذلك ينبغي أن يُعبَدَ من قِبَلِهم، ومن قِبَلِ البراهمةِ المقيمين في هذا الحرمِ المقدّس.
