अदृश्यमव्यक्तमनादिमव्ययं यदक्षरं ब्रह्म वदंति सर्वगम् । निशाम्य यं मृत्युमुखात्प्रमुच्यते तमादिदेवं शरणं प्रपद्ये
adṛśyamavyaktamanādimavyayaṃ yadakṣaraṃ brahma vadaṃti sarvagam | niśāmya yaṃ mṛtyumukhātpramucyate tamādidevaṃ śaraṇaṃ prapadye
ألوذُ بذلك الإلهِ الأوّل—غيرِ المرئيّ، غيرِ المتجلّي، الذي لا بدء له ولا فناء—الذي يصفه الحكماءُ بأنه البراهمنُ الثابتُ الساري في كلِّ مكان. وبمشاهدته يُعتَقُ المرءُ من فمِ الموتِ نفسه.
