तस्य दुःखं तथा क्षिप्रं गौतमाय निेवेदितम् । गौतमेन तथेत्युक्त्वा मृदुवाण्या स भाषितः
tasya duḥkhaṃ tathā kṣipraṃ gautamāya niेveditam | gautamena tathetyuktvā mṛduvāṇyā sa bhāṣitaḥ
فأسرع يرفع حزنه إلى غوتَما. فأجابه غوتَما: «ليكن كذلك»، ثم خاطبه بكلامٍ رقيقٍ لطيف.
