adyaprabhṛti yasyātra nāgarasya tu maṃdire | vṛddhiḥ saṃpatsyate kācidvi śeṣānmaṃḍapodbhavā

ومنذ اليوم فصاعدًا، في بيت أيّ مواطنٍ من أهل هذه البلدة، إذا حدثت زيادةٌ ما—ولا سيّما الزيادة الناشئة عن إقامة مَنْدَپَة (maṇḍapa) أو تدشينها—
