madanoyaṃ samāyātaḥ surāṇāṃ kāryasiddhaye | tasmāttvayā rakṣaṇīya upakāraḥ paro hi naḥ
إنّ هذا مَدَنَ (Madana/كāmadeva) قد جاء لتحقيق مقصود الآلهة. فلذلك ينبغي أن تحميه، لأنّ معونته لنا هي أعظم النِّعَم.
Devas
Tirtha: Kedāra
Type: kshetra
Scene: The devas, anxious for their mission, stand before Mahādeva in a Himalayan Kedāra setting, pleading that Madana (Kāma) be protected for the success of divine purpose.
Even powerful forces like desire have a dharmic role when aligned with a higher divine purpose.
Kedārakhaṇḍa’s Śaiva setting; the verse itself is not a tīrtha-description.
None; it is a request for protection within the mythic dialogue.
