gaṇo'hamīśvarasyaiva durvinītataro yuvām | nirodhamevaṃ kurutaṃ bhagavaṃtāvanugraham
Unspecified narrator (first-person; the offender addressing the couple)
Listener: The ascetic husband and wife.
Scene: A gaṇa, marked by Śaiva insignia, kneels before an ascetic couple, confessing his ill-discipline and pleading for their restraining grace; the couple’s faces soften with measured compassion.
Even one associated with the divine (a gaṇa) must practice discipline; true recovery begins by admitting fault and seeking corrective grace.
No tīrtha is mentioned in this verse.
No formal rite; it highlights nirodha (restraint) and seeking anugraha (blessing) through humility.
