प्राग्नाभ्यां हृदये वायुरथ तालौ भ्रुवोंऽतरे । चतुर्दले षड्दशे च द्वादशे षोडशद्विके

أولًا يضع اليوغي هواء الحياة من موضع السُّرّة في القلب؛ ثم (يقوده) إلى الحنك، وإلى ما بين الحاجبين—إلى مراكز اللوتس ذات الأربع بتلات، والستّ عشرة، والاثنتي عشرة، واثنتين وثلاثين بتلة.

Scene: A yogin seated in padmāsana; subtle luminous channels rising from navel to heart, to the palate, to the space between the eyebrows; lotuses of differing petal-counts glowing at each station.
Dhāraṇā involves placing and guiding prāṇa through inner centres—from navel to heart, palate, and the space between the eyebrows.
No external tīrtha is praised; the ‘sacred geography’ here is internal—lotus-centres within the subtle body.
A yogic prescription is given: sequentially lead vāyu to specified inner loci associated with lotus petal counts.
