न च वागङ्गचपलो न चाशिष्टस्य गोचरः । न शुष्कवादं कुर्वीत शुष्क्रवैरं तथैव च
na ca vāgaṅgacapalo na cāśiṣṭasya gocaraḥ | na śuṣkavādaṃ kurvīta śuṣkravairaṃ tathaiva ca
لا ينبغي أن يكون المرء متقلّبًا في الكلام ولا في إشارات الجسد، ولا أن يخالط سيّئي الأدب؛ ولا يشتغل باللغو الفارغ، ولا يثير عداوةً لا حاجة إليها.
