अदृश्यः समरे जंभो देवाञ्ठस्त्रैरचूर्णयत् । ततः शक्रोधनेशश्च वरुणः पवनोऽनलः
adṛśyaḥ samare jaṃbho devāñṭhastrairacūrṇayat | tataḥ śakrodhaneśaśca varuṇaḥ pavano'nalaḥ
كان جَمْبَهُ خفيًّا في ساحة القتال، فسحق الآلهة بسلاحه حتى صاروا كالغبار. عندئذٍ نهض شَكْرَة (إندرا)، وذَنَ-إيشَة (كوبيرا)، وفَرُونَة، وبَفَنَة (فايو)، وأَنَلَة (أغني) للردّ.
