بل إن «المليتشّا» الذي يسكن مدينة كاشي خيرٌ وأفضل، لأنه يصير ذا يُمنٍ وبركة؛ أمّا من نال الديكشا في موضعٍ آخر، وإن كان مُكرَّسًا، فليس حقًّا إناءً صالحًا للمُكتي (قياسًا).
