vidhirbalīyānbhujagi citraṃ jayaparājaye | krūropi vijayī kvāpi tvakrūropi parājayī

«يا ابنة الحيّات، إنّ القدر أقوى؛ وإنّ النصر والهزيمة لعجيبان. فكم من قاسٍ يظفر أحيانًا، وكم من غير قاسٍ يُغلب أحيانًا.»
