उदीरतामगिंरस आयंतुन इतीष्यते । ऊर्जं वहंती पितृभ्यः स्वधायिभ्यस्ततः पठेत्

udīratāmagiṃrasa āyaṃtuna itīṣyate | ūrjaṃ vahaṃtī pitṛbhyaḥ svadhāyibhyastataḥ paṭhet

ثم لِيُتْلَ، كما هو مأمور، الذِّكر الڤيدي الذي يبتدئ بـ «udīratām …»؛ وبعد ذلك لِيُتْلَ «ūrjaṃ vahantī …» من أجل الآباء الأسلاف (Pitṛ)، الذين ينالون نصيب السْڤَدْها (svadhā).
