विण्मूत्रे विसृजेन्मौनी निशायां दक्षिणामुखः । न तिष्ठन्नाशु नो विप्र गोवन्ह्यनिलसंमुखः
viṇmūtre visṛjenmaunī niśāyāṃ dakṣiṇāmukhaḥ | na tiṣṭhannāśu no vipra govanhyanilasaṃmukhaḥ
عند إخراج الغائط والبول فليلزم الصمت؛ وفي الليل فليتوجّه إلى الجنوب. ولا يفعل ذلك قائمًا ولا على عَجَل، أيها البرهمن؛ ولا يستقبل البقر أو النار أو الريح.
