शिवश्च रौद्रेण मयूररूपिणा विक्षोभ्यमाणे सलिलेऽपि तस्मिन् । सह भ्रमन्तीं च महार्णवान्ते सरिन्महौघां सुमहान्ददर्श

وشيفا—وقد تجلّى في هيئة طاووسٍ شديد البأس—وبينما كانت تلك المياه تُخضّ وتُهيَّج، رأى عند حافة المحيط سيلَ نهرٍ عظيمًا جدًّا، يدور ملتفًّا في جريانٍ هادر.
