प्रविष्टोऽसौ ततो दुर्गं काननं गिरिगह्वरम् । वल्लीगुल्मसमाकीर्णं स्थितो यत्र न लक्ष्यते
praviṣṭo'sau tato durgaṃ kānanaṃ girigahvaram | vallīgulmasamākīrṇaṃ sthito yatra na lakṣyate
ثم دخل غابةً وعرةً عسيرة الاجتياز، شعابَ الجبال وأحراجًا كثيفة، مكتظّة بالمتسلّقات والأدغال؛ موضعًا لا يُرى فيه الواقف بسهولة.
