अमात्याश्चैव भृत्याश्च गजांश्चाढौकयन्ति च । वर्धापयन्ति ते सर्वे ये केचित्पुरवासिनः

Transliteration

amātyāścaiva bhṛtyāśca gajāṃścāḍhaukayanti ca | vardhāpayanti te sarve ye kecitpuravāsinaḥ

Translation

وكذلك قدّم الوزراءُ والخدمُ الفيلةَ إلى الأمام؛ وجميعُ سكان المدينة، أيًّا كانوا، أقاموا طقوسَ الفَرْدْهَابَنَا (vardhāpana)، احتفالًا وزيادةً في اليُمن والبركة.
