यदेतच्छतसाहस्रं जम्बूद्वीपं निगद्यते । सर्वमेव तदुच्छन्नं समाधृष्य नृपोत्तम
yadetacchatasāhasraṃ jambūdvīpaṃ nigadyate | sarvameva taducchannaṃ samādhṛṣya nṛpottama
إنَّ جَمْبُودْوِيبَا الذي يُقال إنَّه يمتدُّ مئةَ ألفٍ (من الفراسخ)، قد اجتاحه الخرابُ كلَّه، يا خيرَ الملوك، حين هوجم من كلِّ جانب.
