yatpuṇyaṃ śrāddhakartṝṇāṃ tadihaiva bhaveddhruvam | tilodakaṃ kuśairmiśraṃ yo dadyāddakṣiṇāmukhaḥ
أيًّا كان الثواب الذي يناله مُقيمو شرادها (śrāddha)، فإنه يتحقّق هنا يقينًا. ومن قدّم، وهو متوجّهٌ جنوبًا، ماءَ السِّمسم ممزوجًا بعشب الكوشا (تَرْبَنَةً)، نال ذلك الثمر المحقَّق.
