स्नात्वादौ पातकी ब्रह्मन्नत्वा तु कीर्तयेदघम् । तस्य तन्नश्यते क्षिप्रं तमः सूर्योदये यथा

snātvādau pātakī brahmannatvā tu kīrtayedagham | tasya tannaśyate kṣipraṃ tamaḥ sūryodaye yathā

يا أيها البرهمن، حتى الخاطئ—إذا اغتسل هناك ثم سجد—فليعترف بذنبه وليذكر خطيئته؛ فإن ذلك الإثم يزول سريعًا كما يزول الظلام عند شروق الشمس.
