punarjanma punaḥ svarge punarghore ca raurave | ye punardevamīśānaṃ bhavaṃ bhaktisusaṃsthitāḥ
Sūta (Lomaharṣaṇa) to the sages (contextual attribution within Āvantya/Revā narrative style)
Tirtha: Revā (Narmadā)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Three contrasted panels: (1) rebirth scene, (2) celestial svarga enjoyment fading into descent, (3) terrifying Raurava imagery; beside them a steadfast devotee before an Īśāna/Bhava emblem, ascending a luminous path beyond the wheel.
Heaven and hell are still within the cycle; steadfast devotion to Śiva (Īśāna/Bhava) is presented as the liberating orientation.
Implicitly the Revā/Narmadā region, where Śiva-bhakti is praised as a direct means to transcend saṃsāra.
No explicit rite is listed in this verse; it contrasts cyclic outcomes with the stability of bhakti.
