भैरवावतारवर्णनम् (Bhairavāvatāra-varṇanam) — “Description of the Descent/Manifestation of Bhairava”
अथ भैरवावतारमाह । नन्दीश्वर उवाच । सनत्कुमार सर्व्वज्ञ शृणु त्वं भैरवीं कथाम् । यस्याः श्रवणमात्रेण शैवी भक्तिर्दृढा भवेत्
atha bhairavāvatāramāha | nandīśvara uvāca | sanatkumāra sarvvajña śṛṇu tvaṃ bhairavīṃ kathām | yasyāḥ śravaṇamātreṇa śaivī bhaktirdṛḍhā bhavet
والآن أُحدّث عن نزول بهايرافا. قال ناندِيشڤارا: «يا سَنَتْكُمارا، أيها العالِم بكلّ شيء، اصغِ إلى هذه الحكاية المقدّسة لبهايرافا؛ فبمجرد سماعها تثبت عبادةُ شيفا وتشتدّ بلا تزلزل».
