स्वायुधः सोतृभिः पूयमानोऽभ्यर्ष गुह्यं चारु नाम । अभि वाजं सप्तिरिव श्रवस्याभि वायुमभि गा देव सोम ॥

svāyudhaḥ sotṛ́bhiḥ pūyámāno ’bhyàrṣa gúhyaṃ cā́ru nā́ma | abhí vā́jaṃ sáptir iva śravasyā́bhi vāyúm abhí gā́ deva soma ||

مُتَسَلِّحًا بقوّتِه الذاتيّة، مُنقّىً على أيدي العاصِرين، يا سوما، اندفِعْ جارِيًا نحو «الاسم» السِّرّيّ الجميل. اندفِعْ نحو فيضِ القوّة كما يندفِعُ الجوادُ السريعُ إلى الذِّكرِ الحسن؛ اندفِعْ نحو ڤايو، اندفِعْ نحو الأشعّة (الأبقار)، يا سوما الإلهيّ.
