वृषा मतीनां पवते विचक्षणः सोमो अह्नः प्रतरीतोषसो दिवः । क्राणा सिन्धूनां कलशाँ अवीवशदिन्द्रस्य हार्द्याविशन्मनीषिभिः ॥

Transliteration

vṛ́ṣā matīnā́ṃ pavate vi-cakṣaṇáḥ sómo áhnaḥ pratarītóṣáso diváḥ | krāṇā síndhūnāṃ kalaśā́n avīvaśad índrasya hā́rdy ā́viśan manīṣíbhiḥ ||

Translation

كثورٍ قويٍّ للإلهامات يطهِّر سوما نفسَه، واسعَ البصيرة، عابرًا النهارَ والفجراتِ والسماء. جامعًا الأنهارَ، يسوقها إلى الأقداح؛ وإذ يدخل قلبَ إندرا، يأتي بفهومِ الرُّؤاة المستنيرة.
